Important Information for the UVSA 2021 Annual Conference

The UVSA 2021 Annual Conference will be delivered through the virtual platform, Whova.    Many UVSA members may already be familiar with Whova if they used the conference mobile app at the 2018 or 2019 Annual Conference.  

About a week before the conference, all registered attendees will receive an email with an access link as well as instructions on how to log in. 

We recommend that you log in and set up your profile at least 2 days in advance of the conference start date (May 4).  We suggest that you use Chrome browser for the web app. Some streaming software may have compatibility issues with other browsers. 

After you login you will be able to:

  • View the event agenda and plan your schedule
  • Access Sessions directly within the agenda and utilize the session Q&A
  • Learn about and connect with Speakers and Sessions
  • Set up Virtual Meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect remotely
  • Create and connect with other attendees through various Discussion Topics in the Community Board
  • Get presentation documents and slides
